Summer Strength & Speed

The Zimmerman Strength & Speed Program is for:

1. All ZHS/ZMS students entering grades 8-12 this fall.

2. All power athletes.

3. All speed athletes.

4. All students interested in improving their overall fitness.

The Zimmerman Strength & Speed Program is a comprehensive approach to training that addresses all of the vital components involved in achieving optimal athletic performance.

PROGRAM’S 4 PRIMARY GOALS

1. Reduce the likelihood and severity of injury.

2. Increase strength, speed, agility, explosiveness, and flexibility of participants.

3. Improve confidence and mental  toughness.

4. Build camaraderie amongst all ZHS athletes.
